3C: Opening the Bible with adolescents in creative, transforming life affirming ways
Helping young people to meaningfully engage with Scripture can seem a daunting (and even slightly terrifying) prospect, especially given it’s an ancient text, written across millennia, from diverse cultural perspectives and in multiple genres and writing styles! And yet, it is the cohesive, progressive and living story of God and God’s creation. We and the students we work with are live players in this story. It’s a story we all belong to and into which we have been placed, with a purpose and rich contribution to make.
