3W: Youth Wellbeing
Pastoral care is at the heart of teaching. This interactive workshop focuses on how to improve the wellbeing of youth in our care. This workshop will explore practical ways to enhance student wellbeing, manage stress and develop resilience. The aim of this workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to help deal with challenging behaviours, build healthy relationships and enhance youth wellbeing.

Alison Wales (Assistant Principal – Pastoral Care)
Alison was been working in Pastoral Care for over twelve years. She is the Assistant Principal of Pastoral Care at Chanel College. Alison has completed her Master of Educational Leadership. |
Milena Barbagallo (College Counsellor)
Milena has been working in the field of Education for seven years and has four years of counselling experience. She is currently the College Counsellor at Chanel College. Milena has completed her Master of Educational Studies majoring in Guidance Counselling. |
Alison and Milena are passionate about the pastoral care of students. They have been working together as a team for over three years. Both have experience in dealing with challenging student behaviours in a variety of educational settings.
